Against the background of the technological mediation of reality and – linked with it – the globalization it requires a stronger political-cultural attention in relation to the social, technological, scientific and economic aspects of the culture development also on local level as well as the intensified promotion of an active cultural appropriation and argument.
The cultural core of these unavoidable global changes is an understanding or a picture of humans itself. Inadequacy or loss of the human self-perception/self-awareness in times of rapid changes leads – paired with authority losses – plentifully to incapacity to act, irrational behavior and destruction.
