Please, Auria, we have not to be ashame to show or to see such links if we
pretend to be informed of what we do not want more and which parts are able
to do it nowadays with such a global power with a capacity of subversion
from the question of terrorism more  of religions in new neo liberal
European states. 

And more we do not forget what it could happen in the unsubmissive countries
of New federation of Russia which it is another problema but I hope you will
agree that it is not yet of the same scale.

Dans le cadre de l'examen du projet de loi sur les droits d'auteur sur
Internet, les députés ont adopté, jeudi 16 mars, le premier volet des
sanctions concernant les auteurs de contournement des mesures techniques de
protection contre le téléchargement illégal.

L'article prévoit trois niveaux de sanctions en cas de détournement des
mesures de protection technique (MPT) :

­ Le pourvoyeur de moyens de contournement des mesures de protection ou
d'atteinte aux informations sur l'¦uvre, "qui les rend accessibles au plus
grand nombre et favorise des atteintes répétées des ¦uvres, s'expose à 6
mois d'emprisonnement et 30 000 euros d'amende".

­ Le "hacker" qui, par un acte individuel et isolé, "décrypte la mesure
technique de protection de l'¦uvre ou porte atteinte par lui-même aux
mesures de protection, encourt 3 750 euros d'amende".

­ L'utilisateur lambda de logiciels mis au point pour le contournement, qui
profite des moyens mis à sa disposition pour s'affranchir des mesures de
protection, relèvera d'une contravention de 4e classe de 750 euros qui sera
créée par un décret en Conseil d'Etat.
TROIS ANS D'EMPRISONNEMENT

Mercredi 15 mars, les députés avaient déjà décidé de réprimer les éditeurs
de logiciels de téléchargement illicite. Au terme d'un amendement, le fait
d'éditer et de mettre "sciemment" à disposition du public un logiciel
permettant le téléchargement illégal "d'¦uvres ou d'objets protégés" est
passible de trois ans d'emprisonnement et 300 000 d'euros d'amende.

A l'heure où ont été votés les volets de sanctions, des milliers
d'internautes français partageaient, sur les réseaux de pair à pair, des
logiciels de partage. L'application des sanctions prévues par la loi
pourrait donc entraîner une insécurité judiciaire considérable. Le ministre
de la culture, Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres, assurait le 22 février dernier
devant la commission des affaires économiques de l'Assemblée nationale : "Il
n'est pas normal qu'un téléchargement illégal puisse faire potentiellement
encourir à un internaute une peine de prison."

Pour les défenseurs du logiciel libre de l'eucd.info, il s'agit d'"un texte
liberticide rédigé par des lobbies". Le socialiste Patrick Bloche (PS) a
déclaré au sein de l'Assemblée : "Il y a dans cet hémicycle des intérêts
particuliers qui supplantent l'intérêt général."

Le ministre de la culture est resté droit dans ses bottes : "Je ne répondrai
à aucune des attaques personnelles non fondées, vous ne me ferez pas sortir
de ma réserve."
