this is very moving, woke up here in omaha this morning miserably 
depressed, machinations, thinking, old men should be killed, i should
be killed, there's no hope for us, we're already gone, make way for
the young, they have new smart bright ideas

and this somehow resonated and / with the dialog

my brother and sister couldn't care less
