The European court of the human rights of Strasbourg judges only on the
technical principle not on the fund. So the European outfit of the

A not diverse treaty with regard to the cultures and to the ideas of the
right premises, which wants universal, in a time when the speed of material
transformation of the planet and the societies) victims of the world system
exceeds the understanding, a treaty the universality of which does not

change only with the unanimity of the partners: or ever), seems to me not
only unsuitable for the approach of future: but dangerous and fatal.
