Women in Black in Serbia started a campaign in many towns (Belgrade,
Novi Sad, Leskovac, Vlasotince, Niš, Bor, Negotin, Prijepolje) with a
travelling banner "EXTRADITE THEM!" calling on the government to
cooperate with The Hague tribunal and finally surrender all the war
crimes suspects, some that eluded justice for more than a decade.

In Novi Sad the women protest was attacked by a couple of young guys,
and the banner was torn. Police stood by and watched - not protecting
the legally permitted protesters from unprovoked violence.

B92 reports that there will be disciplinary proceedings against
officers assigned to protect the protesters for not doing so.
