 Art Exhibition: "Sacred Places" Nov. 5-28

    Exhibition Opening Friday, Nov. 5, 6-9 pm

In 1987, a year after moving to New York, Mario Novak got 
commissioned by Yugoslav National Tourist Office for North America. 
He went back to Yugoslavia for a 10-week assignment, photographing 
the entire country.

That trip resulted in some of the most dramatic images of his entire
career. Series of photographs called Sacred Places was done on that
trip and will be exhibited at Raccoon.
