Former US Secretary of State Madeline Albright (today better known as 
"Albright Group") became the special adviser of the IPKO's president. 
IPKO (ipko.net) is the principal Internet service provider in Kosovo. 
Isn't that interesting? What exactly is her expertise in that area? 
This just suggests how everything in that region is still ruled by 
the byzantine needs of politics, instead of the logic of profit.
