Hi Barbara! It's not true. I heard something about this myself, but the
funding was necessary to keep what some predict would be rapid
commercialization otherwise. Ever since we defeated those immigration
lawyers in Texas - I even forget their name! - who were "spamming" usenet,
the Net's been beautiful. And our government will keep it that way!
And English!
