Right, Powell went to Belgrade to tell them to show more 
cooperation with ICTY. That, after his country (the U.S.) stomped 
right over all international obligations and treaties in just two years, 
ending up fighting their own (pardon, together with their former 
imperial masters) war in Iraq. It is probably he wanted some more 
info on Bhagdad bunkers. But he already should know: he will need 
nukes to destroy them, and that is not going to help U.S. 
popularity in the world. And the only place there is no 
demonstrations against US is China - that not because they 
support US, but because they simply do not have guaranteed 
freedom of assembly - which is just something that annoys one 
nutcase political personality in Oregon who wants to pass the law 
there putting non-violent protesters for 25 years in jail....
