G.H.Hovagimyan presents Brecht Machine, 
live webcast performance Sept. 24

two-way live webcast/performance between New York and Split, Croatia

Brecht Machine will debut at the SPLIT, International Festival of Film and
New Media. The remote hookup will feature two performers, one in New York
and one in SPLIT. In SPLIT the performer will speak in French and in New
York the Performer will speak in English. The programming interface will
translate each performer language into the other.  At each location the
translation will be automatically spoken by a synthetic voice. Since the
dictation and translation systems are imperfect, expect quite a bit of
poetic mayhem and unexpected translation goofs!!
