anart.no has been down.

- but the server was alive all the time.
the fault was in the other end of our connection.

it seems like a misunderstanding between 
powertech (who we lease the line from)
and telenor ( physical owner of mentioned line,
which didn't repair the line even thought told so)

numerous phones during the weekend didn't help,
and we are still looking into whose fault this was.

stay assured we will follow this up.
and that we will grab whatever lesson there is
to assure that this does not happen again.
