actually .. I would think it better if I understood the language
but I would not get upset if you sent a message in Portuguese
I would possibly ask you if your education system did not make you 
learn English as first or second foreign language and if you possibly 
did not have the chance to practice this language.

just wondering because you were also only mentioning Western languages

been assumed.
Syndicate is kind of used to it in a way.
