in fact this was the slogan ("serbia must die ya" free transl.) of the
german right-wing/german fascists -- but it also depends on the point of
view: if you count serbia on the side against the imperialistic eu, with
its leader frg, serbia as you know it probably will 'die' soon in the
very sense of the words by becoming a vassal to the former west.
but don't mix up your view and image of the state ...

the guy with the volkswagen -- berlin car registration number -- and

going on.
and even this surface seems not easy to be read for culturalists and
their followers, who suggest that it's all about heroes. the
warhol-elvis claims the accepted but emptied myth which comes back as a
new myth in reproduction; this man with the weapon -- which i really
even don't know, really -- on this work "face to face" from dren maliqi
seems to be quite a step towards a demystification of all those guys and
cult.systems: elvis, adem jashari, warhol, pop-art, heroism,
political/military leaders. but it isn't, since jashari was/is a hero of
the uck which took part in the deconstruction of yu. elvis never was a
real cowboy (yes, still this differentiation of 'real' and 'myth') but
on the screen. it's simple logic i know. the warholesc jashari lets 'us'
see the image of the shooting hero in this crossover of a) real history
and b) fake history. my question at this point is, who is interested in
a) and/or b) ?
all i see here (far away and 'safe' in germany) is that "exception"
states a lot of good material for b) which has to bee seen as signs for
a), e.g. as the "independenceofkosovo.com"
(http://pavaresiaekosoves.com) is almost just a screenshot of a
democratic office at work.
and i don't want to talk about the phantasma anymore, the phantasma is
clear and lucid, i want to hear about the unreal politics opposite to
the real politics going on now.
