Hello Anna, where are you?!

Unfortunatly as a lot of inside unusual things has happened to me so I
was not available to follow the e-poetry week in Paris... By this way I
was just able to join Annie Abrahams and her girl's band as it was
promised. So I'm discovering the global event through your review and
Bjørn Magnhildøen's evocation.

Coming out of a stress from my home, the object of the show for me
became to meet the girls of the band (a part of them just known online)
and to assure my friendship to Annie whose cut up extracted from her
installation online was really great.

After the show that was a pleasure to discuss round a second good botle
of vodka... Then it staid tto come back home by driving the car with a
lot of precaution -- without speed:) I shall remember this crazy short
party that was not the previous one:)

But I have no regret on the week, because I was afraid of the daily
program of expert conferences, so much plenty of critical and analytic
interventions. It appeared to me that it was mostly working as proper
object of communication of the festival during the week before, instead
of the performances, and at last holding the place of proper poetry in
acts, at my view it could not be a good sign of the FR version of this
international celebration... My regret stays having missed a personal
meeting with Jim, Bjorn, and you;-)

I hope for bare performances in the city something as events instead of
performances may be... something that moves the city into virtual view
and sounds in real dimension and real time of the walk.. real Babylon.

As for the code, I'm not sure that nowaday returning to pure tech arts,
at the moment the web has become a question of full bandwist it is to
say a pure question of multi-communication in real time, as digital
algorythms to tribute conceptual artificial appearences, or code poetry,
or whatever else more, they could be yet more something without it's own
academy;-) the question becomes an expert target. But the realization of
them in real outside dimension of the city, not as representation or
spectacle, but environment.

Sorry for my bad english spoking.

All my best,

Aliette
