Exonemo.com 
 es una simbiosis entre Kensuke Sembo (1972) y Yae Akaiwa (1973).
Estos dos artistas 
comenzaron su website en 1996, para el cuál crearon proyectos experimentales
que sólo pueden verse en Internet. También  generan instalaciones espaciales
y performance en vivo. Desde sus inicios, ambos artistas  han participado y
recibido menciones en festivales tan notables como el Ars Electronica, la
Biennial of Istambul y el International Film Festival Rotterdam, en los
cuáles obtuvieron menciones de gran magnitud.  Sus propuestas permiten a los
usuarios experiencias tan diversas como deconstruir websites, ³generar actos
de terrorismo tecnológico " o bien, la posibilidad de ser partícipes en el
surgimiento de ³etnologías² digitales.

Algunas de sus obras son:

DUB&PASTE / KAO 
Piezas del colectivo japonés que a través de un interesante uso del código
javascript, generan una
relación de éste con los procesos de la naturaleza. En una manera simple y
divertida, característica de la factura nipona de género infantil, abordan
temas tan complejos como lo son la genética y los
procesos evolutivos vistos bajo la óptica de una reflexión en torno al
espacio digital.

TRAK-0
Este software genera atmósferas sonoras aleatorias al interconectar drives
de CD de diferentes
usuarios por medio del Internet. Se trata de un instrumento sonoro cuya
creación es colectiva.

DISCODER 
Es una pieza de intervención/apropiación en línea donde los usuarios pueden
generar inconsistencia en sus websites favoritos, al transformar la
meta-estructura del código HTML en formas nuevas de
interpretaciones acerca de la información; ésta se destruye como lo haría un
virus, hasta hacerla
irreconocible. 

FragMental Storm (FMS)
Es un software que lleva a cabo búsquedas en la web. Dispone los datos
recogidos de una forma
deslocalizada. Los navegadores componen la distribución de las imágenes y
textos de acuerdo al HTML, mientras que el código programado les da
instrucciones de cómo y dónde colocarse en
contraste. FMS libera los textos y gráficos de formato original y los
disgrega aleatoriamente por toda la pantalla.

Exonemo  is a symbiosis between Kensuke Sembo (1972) and Yae Akaiwa (1973).
These two artists began their Website in 1996, creating experimental
projects for it which can only be seen via the Internet, while at the same
time generating installations in real space and live performance.
To date they have participated and received favorable attention in such
important festivals as Ars Electronica, the Biennial Istanbul Festival or
the International Film Festival in Rotterdam, in all of which their work was
highly praised.  Their works offer the user such varied experiences as
deconstructing Websites, "generating acts of technological terrorism" or the
possibility to participate in the rise of digital ³ethnologies².

Some of these works are:

DUB&PASTE/KAO
These works are part of the Japanese group, which through an interesting use
of the javascript code, generate a relationship between the latter and the
processes of nature.  In a simple and lighthearted way, a characteristic of
Japanese execution within the children's genre, they undertake such complex
themes as genetics and the processes of evolution viewed through the lens of
reflection on digital space.

TRAK-0
This software generates aleatory atmospheres of sound by interconnecting the
CD drives of different users by means of the Internet.  It is a
sound-producing instrument created collectively.

DISCODER
This is a work of  on-line intervention/appropriation  in which the users
can produce inconsistency in their favorite Websites,  transforming the
meta-structure of the HTML code into new interpretations of the information;
the latter is destroyed as it would be by a virus, to the point where it is
no longer recognizable.

FragMental Storm (FMS)
This is a software that carries out Web searches.  By arranging the data
gathered in a dislocated fashion, the Web surfers compose the distribution
of images and texts in line with HTML, while the programmed code gives them
instructions on how and where  to stand in contrast. FMS frees the texts and
graphics from their original format, scattering them in an aleatory fashion


all over the screen.
