Le Mrap a décidé de porter plainte mercredi 23 novembre contre le philosophe
Alain Finkielkraut pour incitation et provocation à la haine raciale après
des propos sur la crise des banlieues publiés dans le quotidien israélien
Haaretz. "Nous allons saisir la justice pour incitation et provocation à la
haine raciale et demander au Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel son retrait
de France Culture, chaîne publique", a déclaré Mouloud Aounit, secrétaire
général.

Le porte-voix des clichés

Selon le responsable du Mouvement contre le racisme et pour l'amitié entre
les peuples, l'entretien publié le 18 novembre par Haaretz est "un texte
d'une violence raciste inouïe, qui se fait le porte-voix des clichés du
Front national et participe à mettre sur le terrain ethnique et religieux
cette insurrection sociale de Français qu'il nomme noirs ou arabes".
"C'est l'aboutissement d'une bascule idéologique", a ajouté Mouloud Aounit,
rappelant qu'Alain Finkielkraut avait notamment participé à l'appel contre
des "ratonnades anti-blancs" en mars après les violences en marge de
manifestations lycéennes.

Mrap decided to raise a complaint on Wednesday, November 23rd against the
philosopher Alain Finkielkraut for incitement and provocation in the racial
hatred after comments on the crisis of suburbs published in the Israeli
daily paper Haaretz. " We are going to seize the justice for incitement and
provocation in the racial hatred and to ask the supreme council for
broadcasting for its retreat(withdrawal) of France Culture, public channel
", declared Mouloud Aounit, General Secretary.

the friendship between the peoples, the interview published November 18th by
