   SilentCell Network

SilentCell Network is an open research platform for
interventions in public spaces, a capital-free zone
laboratory maintained by an international group of
multimedia artists and theoreticians. It is programmed
to mine a corpus of cells for associated strategies or
connections (linking between concepts as a tactic) --
like connections between two unrelated concepts.
Current SCN members are coming from .be, .ca, .de,
.it, .nl, .no, .si and .us.
Number of Cells so far: 16 (2001-2005)
