. Mr. Zsolt Petranyi has been appointed by the board of artphoto asc. (under the presidency of Eugen Radescu) as the curator for [artphoto]image.festival[v.02]2006. 

. Mr. Zsolt Petranyi (born in Budapest in 1966) is one of the most acclaimed curators in East-Europe. He is the appointed director of Kunsthalle Budapest from September 2005.
He curate in many places in the world. In 2001 he was appointed director of the Contemporary Art Institute in Budapest/Dunaujvaroj. He was the chief curator of Kunstahalle Budapest [Mucsarnok] and conuntry curator for 49 Venice Biennale. Among his projects: Space, ICA, Budapest/Dunaujvaros; KLIMA, Kunstahalle Budapest; Leger differe, CRAC, Sete; CrossTalk, Kunstahalle Budapest.
