Mr. Skoric tries to comment events in Novi Sad
(Serbia) from the USA. It is very fuzzy sometimes
mister Skoric , your comments are faulty and
malitious, and as I can remark you like to stress
Serbs always if possible in a bad context . Never in a
positive context. This makes you a proven chauvinist
which is uncivilized.

This time you made several obvious mistakes. In the
group of "Women in balck" there were many male
activists as can be seen on photos on this web site
below: So wahat battle of the sexes are you talking
about??

Also there was only one guy who tried to take the
banner from protesters, not a "couple". His
spontaneous reaction can not be put a blame on all
male Serbs as you tried to do.
Also "Extradite them" could be understood as call for
Croatian war criminal general Gotovina's extradition
too. Did you think about that meaning of the message?

Women in Black in Serbia started a campaign in many
towns (Belgrade,
Novi Sad, Leskovac, Vlasotince, Nis, Bor, Negotin,
Prijepolje) with a
travelling banner "EXTRADITE THEM!" calling on the
government to
cooperate with The Hague tribunal and finally
surrender all the war
crimes suspects, some that eluded justice for more
than a decade.

In Novi Sad the women protest was attacked by a couple
of young guys,
and the banner was torn. Police stood by and watched -
not protecting
the legally permitted protesters from unprovoked
violence.

B92 reports that there will be disciplinary
proceedings against
officers assigned to protect the protesters for not
doing so.
