Silence closing his Queen's head & waking their cave, Hell, with Sleep

in this "life" / LIFE
you are going to find tons of poets like this
and when you find them
break their mouth (of animals)

her cheek (that of
the fox, remember?)
almost breaks his
"mouth" / MOUTH
end of story

and his blood is still burning
and his mouth is still running
hist!, his lifted tale delights that cheek:

Death's horses
throw their heads,
neigh, roll
their eyes -
they are joyful,
for the shining
day now dies

the nip of her cheek is sweet, yes,
sweet of store-boughten witchery

this witchery (store-
boughten, and the silence,
maidenly, behind your brow
is now bridal with PLACE)
almost breaks his
"mouth" / MOUTH
her own mouth is
the end of the story
