HIROSHI YOSHIOKA, short CV:
Hiroshi Yoshioka is a philosopher who reconsiders new technologies and
their consequences  for  arts and society. He is department director at
IAMAS (Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences, Ogaki, Japan).
>From 2002-2003 he was the editor-in-chief for the critical journal Diatxt.,
published by the Kyoto Art Center. In 2003, Yoshioka was director of the
1st Kyoto Biennale and in 2004 he became the Program director of Ogaki
Biennale 2004, a media art festival.
