Now that Boston's Red Sox won the World Series for the first time in 
86 years, maybe we can expect a Bostonite Democrat to win the 
presidential elections as well. The Red Sox - Yankees rivalry is 
comparable to Dinamo - Crvena Zvezda rivalry in former Yugoslavia 
(Croatian and Serbian leading soccer teams respectably).

But, of course, that could happen providing both sides would play by 
the rules. And Republicans are already forging voter registration 
papers in order to disrupt right to vote of their potential 
opponents. The black man in this video - one of thousands that were 
blocked from voting in Florida in 2000 - finally got to vote early 
this year, but only after BBC TV cameras were following him to the 
polling station.
