ICRC in Iraq: all sides commit crimes

We all remember how Red Cross maintained that all parties to the wars 
of Yugoslav succession committed humanitarian crimes, and how the 
parties vehemently disagreed whenever the report would include them 
on the list of victimizers.

True to its duty, Red Cross again issues the same statement, 
insisting that international humanitarian law is an obligation, not 
an option, for all parties involved in the war.

Including the U.S.
