nonprofits should be required to check employees' names against 
government terror lists in order to receive grants and 
contributions?" in this study:

And to those that said "I feel nonprofits should have to check a list 
just as the private sector does," - I say that I feel nonprofits 
should have the same salaries and benefits as the private sector does 
first.
