So, it was always the same. Israel wants to expand at the price of
Arab land. The US unquestionably supports Israel. That irritates
Arabs, that sit on "American" oil supply. The US, worried about
losing its oil or paying to much for it, has no compunction about
obtaining it by force from "underdeveloped and underpopulated"
countries (read: it is ready to beat on the weak to get what it
wants...). "Underdeveloped", facing such a formiddable - militarily
invincible - adversary, resort to a desperate weapon: suicide
bombers. Arrogantly avoiding to address the roots of the problem, the
US increases its security measures: photographing and fingerprinting
visitors from all but 27 countries, turning away international
flights, requiring armed marshalls on foreign carriers, detaining
people in secret with no rights, occupying other countries, etc. This
cannot end well for anyone.
