Center for Constitutional Rights sued Radovan Karadzic in US courts 
for crimes against humanity committed in Bosnia. Now they brought 
charges for same type of crimes against Donald Rummsfeld to the 
German court. If convicted, will Rumsfeld be arrested if he visits 
Euro area? Maybe he spends the rest of his life hiding with Karadzic 
and Osama Bin Laden?
