we're dealing with a user-to-developer feedback loop
of hitherto unknown speed. an nn anecdote: (hem. ahem!)

july 20 thursday 2:59am. kurt writes nn:

>just some random thoughts re: 242.buffer
>
> -- wish it was possible to load a film or segment directly into a buffer

july 20 thurday 3:23am. nn replies:

> = load!ng 1 f!lm !n ram - unkompreszd [242.buffr = unkomprszd]
> takez much > ram dzn load!ng 1 f!lm !n2 ram !n 242.f!lm.

july 21 friay 8:39 am. nn:

july 21 friday 9pm:

kurt performs at tonic, nyc [visuals for so takahachi] with
patch that implements new 242.buffer import routine.

time needed for cycle of concept to implementation to end use ==
< 48 hrs!

extraordinary. but we're used to that, no?

this then feels exotic ... vroom
