latest news and or gossip concerning Canadian behaviour. Persons 
who elect themselves as people interested in the Canadian problem 
may use imaginitive tactics to guard against the threat Canadians 
may pose. Europeans ought to consider ways that Canadians may be 
monitored and perhaps Europeans should publicise their thoughts 
regarding Canadians. One must not use the word 'Canadian'.
