African Union Campaign - Petition as Submitted to African Union with
Statement to African Unions and Current List of Signatories

08/07/2003

Dear Colleagues,

Please find (links to) the petition and list of current signatories.

Kindly help circulate urgently to your media/press contacts in Europe
and internationally for publication.

Some more organisations and persons have indictaed their intention to
sign up or issue statements in support so we have decided to continue
running the petition and submit a follow up list at a significant time
in the near future which should contain more support from prominent
African writers, more news organisations and maybe Bar associations and
Trade unions etc.

Best Regards.
Adeyinka Olubunmi
