" Since 1988, the Station Rose Kunstradio jingle
is an integral part of Station Rose's work as
well as of Kunstradio; here is the 2003 update.

Two texts which, for unknown reasons, could pass
by the spam filter of the email software are
revived by means of a voice synthesizer: First
the narrators read the unedited texts in a sober,
pure manner, but in the course of the radiophonic
piece, the messages are increasingly alienated,
edited; the stories dissolve, short, fragmented
samples are left over. These verbal splitters are
extended, comprised, multiplied, cut, rolled
over, distorted and finally the processed
splitters are used as musical modules.

Elisa Rose revives one of the STR-radio jingle's
primary ideas: Titled "The present circumstances
2003/04", she reports of Station Rose's
observations on present ways of life and life
style in Europe, Frankfurt as well as on the
Internet. These report-like slams are scattered
into the jingle; they are personal, subjective,
possibly bold, but definitely spam-free."
