CONTEST RULES BORDERS 2003

PREAMBULE

The non-profit making association NISIMASA, located 42, rue Marcadet, 
75018 PARIS FRANCE, organizes in 2003 a competition whose purpose is 
to help young european short-film scriptwriters have their work 
produced. 

1 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 

1.1 - Competitors
  The competition is open to any natural person whose nationality or 
country of residency, on the day he/she sends his/her candidature, is 
of one of the following countries : Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, 
France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, 
Portugal, Spain; he/she must be over 18 and under 27 years of age on 
the closing date of the competition (15/09/2003).

  1.2 - Procedures and sending the scripts
  The general topic of the competition is : "Borders" ; the competing 
scripts must be related to this theme one way or another. The persons 
wishing to compete must send, to the NISIMASA group located in their 
own country, before the closing date of the competition (15/09/2003), 
a file containing the following elements : - application form as 
available on www.nisimasa.com in the "applying" section, duly filled 
(OR in case of printing problems or such a document including the 
information requested on the application form)
