Selma - this is not a board issue - and it is also not really 
something that Raccoon can do anything about it. 403 error that 
you are receiving is due to the filters that are set up at your office 
server - talk to your office system administrator - he may throw 
some light on this issue for you - I am also highly curious why 
would your office find our site obscene...
