The Planetary vigil of NetArt is an annual event in which several 
members of todayâs cyber community have been asked to choose an 
Internet work of art and to comment upon their choice. For the 2002 
edition, we have asked web artists to select and comment on a work by 
an other artist or group of artists on the Internet.
