Julian Walker (UK) - parallax observer
Born in London, educated St Andrews University, City of London
Polytechnic, St Martins School of Art.  10 years as teacher of English
as a foreign language.  Used to speak Spanish.  Artist in Residence at
The Natural History Museum London.  Founder of the International
Occasional Museum (two manifestations).  New Contemporaries 1999.  Has
worked with Kettle’s Yard, British Museum, Liverpool Museum.  Published
essays on what people really do in museums, funerary rites following the
death of Diana, the nature of the physicality of secular relics.  Reads
a lot, collects stuff.

of Noise.
