Assumptions
The goal of the Festival is to show such art and technology 
relationships which create a new type of cultural activities, 
changing recipients into co-creators (co-performers) of not only the 
meanings of the work, but also its artefact. This becomes possible 
due to the general availability of "intermediating machines" in the 
interpersonal communication.
The Festival prefers such forms of artistic expression which allow 
for a different communication between subjects, other than that 
offered by public media. Essential are forms which make dialogue and 
co-participation possible, even though it does not necessarily imply 
interactive systems.
