What are your thoughts on the Haydn string quartets op. 77? At the time he
wrotew them, he was considered old-fashioned and outdated. Mozart was dead,
and Beethoven had written the op. 18 quartets.

Still, from the ouvre of Haydn, op. 77 are the ones making the deepest
impression on me.
