-I suffer(ed) the same fate...
 Seems to be the result of the
 klez-phenomena...
 I recently received mail from
 'myself' on an account I don't
 'have'.
 The method it uses is copying
 itself from an address-book
 and then spreading around.
 Most likely your adress is
 copied from a mailling-list
 somewhere/anywhere in the
 world and having a great time
 travelling around the world.
 Use Virex or something to
 check your machine...
