Volume 033: Xenophobic Landlords

I saw Peter Bellars' contribution to the "Akihabara TV" event,
titled "Reset." I watched it first without sound at an electric
household appliances shop. An Asian (Japanese?) woman was shown,
visiting several real estate agencies, browsing through housing
information magazines, making phone calls, and walking various
residential areas.

As part two of our series (?) of French architects visiting Tokyo
for a specific purpose, we caught Francis Soler and asked him some
questions:

Johnny Against Gravity

On the Earth, there exists that 'common sense' called gravity, and
here comes the band of a certain Johnny, who overturn this with all
parts of their bodies. This punk rock band from an "endless universe
somewhere near Kyoto" performs hanging completely upside down from
the ceiling, and their wild show has earned them quite a reputation
in the domestic music scene. When witnessing such a performance, it
is impossible to ignore the band's message, "your common sense has
collapsed long ago!" Among the band members are Ito Zon, who also
exhibited his work at last year's Yokohama Triennale, and RSK from
Echo Mountain. So, that's what they call punk, eh?!
