Komposition und Präsentation von virtuellen Interaktions-Räumen vom 21. - 24. März in der Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochschule Nürnberg

Das 01plus Institut für Kunst, Design und Medientechnologie der Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochschule Nürnberg  führt in Kooperation mit der Dresdner Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau e.V. (T-M-A) und der Landeshauptstadt Dresden, Kulturamt ein internationales Forum zum Thema "Komposition von virtuellen Environments" vom 21. bis 24. März an der Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochschule in Nürnberg durch.

Das Forum soll den interdisziplinären Austausch von Architekten, Softwareentwicklern, Komponisten, Medienkünstlern und Theoretikern fördern und neue Konzepte und Lösungen für computer-interaktive Installationen vorstellen. Die Anwendungen hierfür reichen von neuartigen Bedienkonzepten technischer Anlagen über Wissensvermittlung in Museen bis hin zu künstlerischen Performances. 
In Nürnberg trifft sich ein international renommierter Expertenkreis zum Erfahrungsaustausch. Zunächst wird die bisherige Arbeit namhafter Produzenten im Rahmen von Kurzvorträgen und einer öffentlichen Präsentation am Freitag, den 22. März in der Fachhochschule vorgestellt. Im weiteren Verlauf werden verschiedene Kooperationsmodelle präsentiert, bei dem die bei 01plus entwickelte Kamera-Motion-Tracking Software eine zentral integrierende Rolle spielt. Erste Ergebnisse des Forums sollen in Werkstattatmosphäre als begehbare virtuelle Bild-Klang-Räume am Samstag, den 23. März in den Räumen der Simon-Ohm-Fachhochschule Nürnberg öffentlich vorgestellt werden. 

Das Forum bildet den Auftakt zu mehreren Veranstaltungen und Projekten  mit der T-M-A Dresden, weitere Kooperationspartner sind Ars Electronica Linz und V2_Organisation Amsterdam. Die entstehenden Arbeiten sollen bei  der CYNETart Dresden, dem Ars Electronica Festival Linz und dem Dutch Electronic Art Festival in Rotterdam präsentiert werden.

Forum "Real Time" 
Composition and presentation of virtual interactive environments at the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg from March 21 - 24

In cooperation with the Trans-Media-Akademie Hellerau e.V. (T-M-A) in Dresden  and the department of culture of the city of Dresden the 01plus Institute for Art, Design and Media Technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg is carrying out an international forum on "Compostion of virtual interactive environments" from March 21 to March 24 at the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg.  

The aim of the forum is to provide a platform for the interdisciplinary exchange of  architects, software developer, media artists and theoreticians, and to present new concepts and solutions for computer-interactive installations. The applications range from new concepts to operate technical installations to imparting knowledge in museums and artistic performances. 
There will be a circle of internationally renowned experts to exchange their experiences in Nuremberg. First, the work of well-known producers will be presented in short talks and a public presentation at the University of Applied Sciences on March 22. Later, various cooperation models - the camera-motion-tracking software developed by 01plus plays a major integrating role here - will be shown. The first results of the forum will be presented to the public in a workshop atmosphere as accessible virtual picture-sound-spaces at the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg on Saturday, March 23.
The forum marks the beginning of several events and projects with T-M-A Dresden including also Ars Electronica Linz and V2_Organisation Amsterdam. The resulting works will be presented at the CYNETart in Dresden and at the Ars Electronica festival in Linz.
