adventures in moving image
Approaching it's sixth annual edition, the acclaimed onedotzero festival
has gained a reputation for pushing the boundaries of digital cinema and
moving image. From the most stylish motion graphics to the edgiest pop
promos, the coolest Japanese visuals alongside the most visceral computer
graphics and new wave of digital feature films onedotzero continues to
explore groundbreaking programming.
We are looking for original moving image work for onedotzero6 and network
of global events and showcases for the following programmes:
wavelength: Edgy, controversial work from the most adventurous promo and
commercials directors around. Particuarly including director's cuts,'lost'
promos,and previously unseen work.
wow + flutter: The best innovative and contemporary motion graphics and
digital effects from the worlds of graphic design to new media. We are
particularly interested in graphic-led short films that play and subvert
forms of storytelling.
j-star: Japanese-based work from a diverse range of disciplines such as
anime, motion graphics, promo's and animation. Emphasis is on wild Asian
visions rarely seen in the West.
