this concept I am thinking of (extra reporter's country) actually got a little more complex than I thought

I just thought if you are one, you could give me an advice .. I actually have  a little problem to place this extra-country somewhere .. I am moving it around on the world's map and where ever  I place it, I think that there is someone who will not like to have it there at all .. actually was thinking that you could chose a place for it now .. .. if you anyway have to live there ..

perhaps it would be best to place this country on some other planet .. what do you think? you could cose a planet now .. there are so many.
