THE CALL FOR ENTRIES

is open ONLY for SHORT VIDEOS

and also for MILTIMEDIA projects.

Proposals are free, without any limitation of country and professional skills of participants.

 Deadline: 1st July 2002

 Participation rules



-       Participation in the Festival is free.

-       Every video sent to the Festival will be viewed by the Jury.

-      Deadline for entries is 1st July 2002

-       Only video (originally shoot on video) are accepted to participate in the contest. Film materials may be used in the 
process of video creation, but the completed work master-copy is to exist only on video.

-       Video timing may not exceed 60 minutes.

-       Video copies (to be sent to the contest) will not to be returned, but will be kept in the Festival archive.

-       Number of movies by the same author (sent to the contest) is not limited.

-       Videos only created in 1996 through 2002 are allowed to participate.

-      Videos only with a detailed participation request attached are allowed to participate.

-      When sending a videos by post, a mark saying <NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES 
ONLY> is obligatory (excluding Russian participants).

-       If the video is not supplied with Russian or English subtitles, an attachment with English dialogs translation is 
obligatory.
