i don't have experience with oldboys,
but i know and appreciate their work.
and i don't share your impresson.
oldboys sent out had open calls for their
meeting last year - it was on syndicate too -
[they invited netochka nezvanova,
and they thought that this was radical - but she did not go]
they stremead from the meetings,
they have a publication out now, see below,
their archives are open... everyone has acces to their results.

i don't feel this exclusion, like on faces,
where the moderator - Diana McCarthy - asked me a CV
and when I have sent it,
- i said that i was medievalist, working at artpool
in Budapest, and i try to digitize an archives of the last 30
years of european alternative art scene -
she replied that this is not enough and it is not a proper introduction
to get on the list.
faces archives are closed, they have no publications,
non members cannot get an idea of what they are doing.

greetings,
anna

"This book questions the project of Cyberfeminism itself -
as a methodological reflection of the explosive combination of the digital¹ and feminism¹.
The subtitle <mode=message> aimed at a perspective queering disciplines and media.
For, if the mode is the message, then tactics from different contexts and media
could communicate and compare directly¹ as well as structurally¹."
