Hello everyone,
My apologies for the mass email.
We have a new position opening up in Cambodia. This person will be based 
here in Cambodia for at least 9 months, possibly longer. They will be 
responsible for the day-to-day management of a program to set up Internet 
access in every Cambodian province. The project also involves the 
development of a Khmer language web portal that will host all sorts of 
development-related content. This project is unprecedented in Cambodia, and 
the position promises to be a fascinating and challenging experience.
