faults of streaming Internet video in a knowing embrace of the less 
than perfect.

Seeking conceptual video, film and animated works under 10 minutes. 
No honorarium is available. Entry is free. Send NTSC format VHS, 
S-VHS or mini DV tapes to: Timothy Nohe, UMBC Department of Visual

Application deadline September 1, 2002. Include a SASE for return of
