One last LEV thing

I just wanted to state the obvious and say that the siwtchover to the new list was a disaster this morning. It was a simple mistake and I apologize if it caused people a lot of grief. The intention was to send an email to the old LEV list and let people know about the server move before the new list was turned on. Instead, the new list was turned on earlier than expected and once everything hit the fan it was too late.

Some people have emailed me today wondering if NN stole the subscribers list and subscribed everyone to this group. That is not what happened. I decided to move the LEV list from the CalArts servers in December and NN offered to arrange a move to the Syndicate servers. My goal in moving the list to the Syndicate servers was to maintain the integrity of the community and to keep the list uncensored. I had hoped  to make the switch over as painless as possible for everyone but that obviously did not happen this morning.

After a very rough start, (and I apologize again), I hope the list can continue in its new home. Thanks to the admins at the Syndicate for continuing the list.
